Rodney Krugh

Rodney Krugh is the sole principal of Krugh Insurance Agency, continuing a proud family tradition that began when his father founded the agency in 1958. Since beginning his own insurance career in 1998, Rodney has been committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most.

With decades of experience, Rodney takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and providing personalized guidance they can trust. Today, he is honored to work alongside his two sons, carrying forward the family legacy into the next generation.

Outside of the office, Rodney enjoys camping with his fiancée and spending quality time with his grandchildren. His deep roots in the community and dedication to family values are reflected in the way he serves his clients every day.

Kim Baldwin

Kim Baldwin has been an essential part of Krugh Insurance Agency since 2009. With her years of experience and deep knowledge of the agency’s operations, Kim plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

Often described as the glue that holds the agency together, Kim is dedicated to supporting both clients and team members alike. Her friendly personality and commitment to helping others make her a trusted and valued resource for everyone who walks through the door.

Kim values family above all else and especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoys taking weekend trips to Holmes County and Hocking Hills. Kim is proud to see her grandson, Levi’s fiancée, Andrea, now joining the agency part-time, continuing the strong family atmosphere that makes Krugh Insurance special.

Ryan Krugh 

Ryan Krugh represents the next generation of Krugh Insurance Agency, continuing the family tradition his grandfather began in 1958. As Rodney’s oldest son, Ryan is proud to carry on the legacy of serving clients with honesty, integrity, and personal attention.

Ryan works with clients at both the Urbana and Catawba locations, helping individuals and families find coverage that fits their needs and protects what matters most. He is committed to building lasting relationships and providing the dependable service clients have come to expect from Krugh Insurance.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys smoking meat on his barbecue smoker, traveling with his girlfriend Lori, and listening to his collection of classic vinyl records. His passion for tradition, craftsmanship, and quality carries through in both his personal life and his dedication to serving clients.

Brandon Krugh 

Brandon Krugh is proud to be part of the third generation at Krugh Insurance Agency, continuing the family legacy of serving the community with honesty and dependable service. As Rodney’s middle child, Brandon grew up around the agency and developed a deep appreciation for helping families protect what matters most.

Working from the Urbana location, Brandon focuses on building strong relationships with clients and providing personalized coverage to meet their needs. He is committed to carrying forward the values and trust that Krugh Insurance Agency has been known for since 1958.

Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys automotive repair, hunting, and spending time with his wife, Emily, and their three children. He also enjoys working alongside his brother Ryan on their barbecue trailer, serving the community and sharing his passion for great food.

Jane Watkins

Jane Watkins brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to customer service to her role at Krugh Insurance Agency. After retiring from a successful career in banking in Bellefontaine, Jane joined the team in the Urbana office, where she enjoys helping clients and supporting the agency’s day-to-day operations.

Jane values the family-oriented atmosphere at Krugh Insurance and appreciates the opportunity to work alongside her family, including her son-in-law, Brandon. Her background in banking gives her a strong foundation in customer care and attention to detail, making her a trusted resource for clients.

Outside of the office, Jane enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family. She and her husband also love traveling to Florida and attending Bigfoot conventions, adding a fun and adventurous touch to her life outside of work.

Michaela Palmer

Michaela is a graduate of The Ohio State University and brings a strong work ethic shaped by her background in agriculture. She grew up showing cattle and was actively involved in 4-H, experiences that helped her build responsibility, dedication and teamwork skills. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys time with her boyfriend and his daughter and values time with family. She's excited to grow with the team and contribute her skills and positive attitude to everything she does.   

Jessica Krugh

Jessica Krugh works out of our Catawba location. She enjoys time with her children and reading romance novels.
