It's time to face the hard facts of life, folks: 1. Summer is over, no matter that it's 80 degrees outside as we type this. 2.Inevitably, Fall is right here, right now. Thus, 3. It's time to assemble your Halloween costume and get ready for Trick or Treat on Monday, October 31! This year, Krugh Insurance, inspired by some of our Scioto Plaza business neighbors, are hoping to treat crowds of little "Beggars" in front of our Urbana office, along with all the businesses from TSC all the way to Kroger's. We're hoping that while you're out chaperoning your trick-or-treaters around the neighborhoods, you'll haul 'em out to Scioto Plaza to collect some more goodies before their evening is done. I have it on good authority that our friends at Tractor Supply, Sunny Daze Tanning, Longroads Fitness, Krugh Insurance, H&R Block, Edwards Jones, Urbana Daily Citizen, Stitched With Care, and Kroger's will be participating, so it should be a highly-candy-profitable stretch of sidewalk for the superheroes, vampires, minions, monsters, and ghosties that show up. I hear Larry's gonna be a Cowboy, Rock is dressing up as The Incredible Hulk, and Sunny will haul out her best Witch's hat for the evening.
Help us celebrate our first annual "Scare on the Square" from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. for cool treats, fun music, not-so-scary lights and decorations adding to the fun. Happy Fall, and Happy Halloween!
